General Drone regulations in Vietnam
In Vietnam is allowed to fly a drone with some own specific drone rules.
Main of them are:
– Each flight in Vietnam must be supplied with a Unique Flight License. This licence needs to be taken 14 days before performing the flight. Operations Bureau of the General Command Post of the Ministry of Defense is responsive Authority for this License.
– If you want to fly your drone with Videography or Photography equipment, you must have a License.
– Drones must not carry any flammable or radioactive substances.
– Any propaganda leaflets or banners are absolutely forbidden.
