Latest Drone laws in Slovenia

General Drone Rules in Slovenia

– Only Recreational flights are allowed. Commercial drone flights are forbidden. 

– Max allowed altitude – 150 meters. 

– Max allowed distance – 500 meters. 

– Drones over 5 kilograms – must be registered with the CAA. 

– Distance to any Airport or Airfield – at least 1.5 kilometers. 

– Keep the VLOS ( Visual Line Of Sight ) – during the entire flight. 

– Fli only in the day-time. Drone flights at Nights – are forbidden.
