Drone Regulations in Ukraine:
General Drone Rules for Flying a Drone in Ukraine
If you intend to fly your drone in the sky of Ukraine you have to prepared and informed.
Every drone more than 2 kg must have Registration and must have a Permit from UkrAirCenter – here you can submit application form. Keep in mind that you have to wait 10 days or more.
If your drone is under 2 kg – you do not need any permits.
Do not fly more than 50 meters high without permit.
The drone must be close in range of 500 meters from pilot.
Eye contact – keep always.
Fly only Day hours.
Max speed of the flight – 160 km/h.
Max high – 50m. For more – you need Permit.
Distance to National borders and Airports – minimum 5 km.
Fly only One single drone at a time.
Central city areas and cities, Airport, Seaport, Military objects, National Important facilities and objects, Prisons, Natural disasters and any other sensitive areas – are forbidden.
If you brake these rules, according to the UAV – you can receive a penalty in range 1020-8500 UAH. If you provide risk for any Aircraft or people life – you can receive 3-15 years in prison.

There is no doubt that Odesa and Kiev are the most popular cities in Ukraine. But besides them, there are also many other beautiful places to visit.
First, our propose is Oman
This very old city is perfect for tourists. You can very easy orient there and there is no chance to lose yourself around this city. Rabbi Nachman Sofiyivka Park is a remarkable point for visit. In the town centre, there is a gorgeous obelisk. You can see also the Pearl of Love fountain show. If you love history – there is a special place – Basilian Monastery (1764) is the oldest building in the city. If you are a lover of green big open spaces, in Oman is situated the huge Dendrological Research Center. Sofiyivka Park is just perfect for a smooth promenade.
Chernivtsi
This city is often called “Little Vienna”. The architecture is very similar to the Austrian city because in the past it was a part of Austro-Hungarian Empire. It has big cultural and historical importance. It has been known as “Black city” because the colours of the buildings are dark. The city has been destroyed during the Mongol invasion. The ruins of the Fortress are still standing today.
National University is another great palace that worth to visit and see.
